RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - This episode of severe weather was caused by a cyclone that descended on the Black Sea, meteorologist Alexandra Rosioara told Radio Romania News. This cyclone brought heavy rainfall and wind. For the beginning of December the weather will improve and the maximum temperature will reach 15 degrees.
Alexandra Rosioara, in the "Morning Call" column: "The beginning of the month will be with quite high temperatures, higher than we should normally have at the beginning of December, between 10 and 15 degrees maximum, even on the 1st of December 15 degrees are expected in Bucharest at the moment. But all these things can change, as we have seen."
Meteorologists have issued a code orange and several yellow codes of immediate severe weather. Thus, until 15:00, wind intensifications are announced that will scatter the snow in the mountain areas of Arges, Prahova and Dambovita counties.
