81 people affected by the explosion in Crevedia are demanding compensation of 8.5 million euros

81 people who suffered physical, material and moral injuries as a result of the explosions at the LPG station in Crevedia filed a civil suit in the case opened by the prosecutors and demand compensation in the amount of over 8.5 million euros.
According to official data, the explosions killed five people and injured 56 others, as well as the total or partial destruction of 89 houses.
In total, from the research carried out up to this moment, the investigators have identified 158 people affected by the tragedy.
In the same file, a judge from the 5th District Court will decide whether the administrators of the LPG station in Crevedia will remain in preventive detention, where they have been since September 6.
