53 people rescued by mountain rescuers

53 people were rescued, on Saturday, by mountain rescuers, following the calls received to the single emergency number.
21 tourists needed medical help and were handed over to crews from the Ambulance Service or SMURD to be transported to hospital.
Most calls came from the Busteni and Predeal areas.
The mountain rescuers also received more than 40 calls requesting advice and information about different tourist routes in the mountain area and ski areas.
