Numerous events and ceremonies are scheduled today in Bucharest and all across Romania for the celebration of the Day of the Romanian Army in all garrisons, theaters of operations, but also in the countries where Romania has accredited Defense Attachés.
Exhibitions of military technique, ceremonies at Heroes Monuments, fanfare ensambles, taking oath in military schools – all these will take place today.
Romanian Defense Minister Mihai Fifor was already present at the military ceremony at the Heroes Monument in Păuliş, Arad County.
Mihai Fifor will participate, together with Prime Minister Mihai Tudose and President of the Chamber of Deputies, Liviu Dragnea, at the events organized in Carei.
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis will attend today's events in Bucharest Carol Park, where soldiers will present military equipment, training sessions, weapon demonstrations, and will perform music and fanfare shows.

The Head of the General Staff of the Romanian Armed Forces, General Nicolae Ciucă, talked about how the Romanian Army adapts to changes in the security environment in areas close to Romanian territory, in an interview offered this morning to RRA Reporter Radu Dobriţoiu at the “Morning Call” Show of Radio Romania News (Radio Romania Actualități).
