22 miners blocked in Roşia Montană underground
Trade unionists announced further unrest as they were also legally authorised to continue their protests in the next 30 days.

22 miners are blocked in the undegraound of a mine in the Romanian northern town of Roşia Montană as they call on the country's Parliament to approve a mining project in the area.
Another 300 miners, employees of the Gold Corporation and residents, are supporting their protest outside the mine in the historical centre of the town.
Trade unionists announced further unrest as they were also legally authorised to continue their protests in the next 30 days.
As RADIO ROMANIA reports, the Roşia Montană project is subject to an emergency debate in Parliament committees.
Minister Dan Şova was expected to provide the government with the documents in the last 14 years concerning Roşia Montană at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday following a request of Romania's PM Victor Ponta.
