160 years since the formation of the first government of Romania

Today, the executive marks 160 years since the formation of the first government of Romania after the recognition of the full Union of the United Principalities of Moldova and Wallachia.
According to a press release, symbolic images will be projected on the Victoria Palace building from 18:00 to mark this important historical moment, the tricolor flag, the date of the formation of the first single government of Romania, January 22, 1862, and the name of the prime minister who took office 160 years ago, Barbu Catargiu.
