1.591 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 in Romania

1.591 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 were registered, since the last report, following the tests performed at national level, informs, on Monday, the Strategic Communication Group. These are cases that have not previously been confirmed as positive.
As of Sunday, 137.491 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Romania.
108.526 people were declared healed.
To date, 2.516.746 tests for SARS-CoV-2 infection have been processed at national level. Of these, 6.537 were performed in the last 24 hours - 4.454 based on medical protocol and 2.083 upon request.
